Hypnotherapy Approach
My core focus is allowing clients to feel the greatest results through hypnotic techniques. Treating a broad range of conditions including smoking cessation, weight loss, conditions caused and related to anxiety, sleep disturbances, depression, loss and phobias, along with many more... significant and lasting changes can be made swiftly using cognitive-behavioural techniques alongside hypnosis. I work collaboratively with my clients to help them overcome limiting beliefs and develop practical strategies for achieving their goals. I am committed to providing a supportive and non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their inner world to allow change.
My Background
Having had first hand experience of working in many occupations and also having three children of my own, I have an awareness of the stresses that life can bring. However, life experience is not enough when treating clients with hypnotherapy.
This is why I embarked on one of the most thorough and comprehensive qualifications in the industry for Hypnotherapists. These include
- HypnoTC Hypnotherapy Diploma
- National Guild of Hypnotists (NGH) International Certification
- Hypnotherapy in Practice Diploma (HPD) Level 4
Taking all the above into account, my approach is holistic and tailored to each individual's unique needs.
